I propose that said wonder produces 100 or more percent of gold for someting like 6 hours 3 day cooldown...
It is good as it is. Extra population growth is good whey you need to rush build extra troops.
Think there are Wonders that definitely need a rework, like Ares (useless), Hades (too much abuse) and Athene (not that useful).
Demeter on the other hand imo. just needs a Buff since the effect itself is very useful and unique, like increase the effect by maybe +50% or even +100%.
Thanks to the Museum and Tavern Buff in v8.8.0 it's way easier/cheaper to fill your cities with People, so I think buffing Demeter would just make sense.
